Good: Super tasty pizza But: You are not understood on the phone. Orders are not understood or are partially forgotten. After spelling the name and the address several times, it was still not correctly noted. We have already received the wrong order twice. It's a shame, we'd like to keep ordering the pizza there, but this one Service is just not fun and just takes up unnecessary time. But kudos to the pizza maker.

Traveled through Rheda Wiedenbrück on business. And took a pizza from Pizzeria Filippo there. And that was the tastiest pizza I have ever eaten. RECOMMENDED !!!

The whole team is too slow, I waited for a french fry for 25 minutes and then for an incredibly outrageous price of 5 € (big french fries)

We called and ordered food to be picked up. It should be ready within 20 minutes and we were there after 15 minutes. A pizza ham that was cold and one spaghetti carbonara. The pizza was warmed up and the pasta was very bland. The bread was forgotten and the service didn't know where the card reader was. It's a shame, but we're going to continue to compete.

Were eating more often in the pizzeria, at different times and days, sometimes only for two, sometimes as a family, sometimes with friends .... Brief conclusion: The food is really delicious, the pizza and pasta dishes are just great and absolutely sufficient in size ... especially the pizza pan, as a starter with the aioli dip is worth a visit ..... BUT ..... the service ..... Sorry, in a nutshell, it is easy to expand. Sometimes everything works, sometimes it takes an incredibly long time until the drinks are taken in alone ..... The restaurant is very manageable in terms of space ... if it takes 15 minutes with 3 occupied tables before someone comes to the table and takes drinks, what happens when all tables are completely occupied? This is just a shame because the food is really worth it, but the tenant simply has to do something about it. I very much hope that he will take a look at this review here and then take action against it ..... because the overall impression is decisive and not just the food or how friendly you are served. Were only there last Sunday noon, 2 tables occupied! We were the second ... nothing where a restaurateur sweats. It was rather cold in the restaurant, my wife even wanted to put her jacket back on. In addition a music to fall asleep, something like that normally runs in a massage practice or in the wellness area of ​​a hotel ... but in an Italian restaurant? Received cards, but nobody asked for drinks, it only came after 10 minutes, when we also ordered the food .... it wouldn't have been because of other guests, apart from 2 others there were none. Incomprehensible why a restaurateur doesn't learn anything here ..... The food came quickly, tasted great as always, the beer that was reordered was unfortunately forgotten .... although there were still no more guests than just a total of 6 people at 2 tables .... That is simply not enough to become a regular guest here. you just get annoyed when light and shadow are so close together. I would be really happy if the tenant tackles some things after 2 years of pizzerias operation and also permanently shuts them down. You can and should expect that in a well-run restaurant. Just rest on the great pizza and tell the guest every time that it takes a little longer because everything is freshly prepared is not enough in the long run .... I have worked in the catering trade for a few years, but every layperson in this sector also knows that the drinks are not prepared in the kitchen and can therefore be with the guest much earlier. As a tip, here is also a note that you make the actual sales with the drinks, and not necessarily with the dishes.

Went there with 12 people. Long waiting times, does not taste good, overwhelmed staff, overpriced and not even an apology in the form of a schnapps etc .... Never again

New Year's Eve 31.12.2019 • Eat with friends in the evening. Very good selection, for the 3rd time there for New Year's Eve. Always very good hospitality, good food in a nice atmosphere. We will be back. Thank you to the staff.

Bad service, absolutely overwhelmed staff. EXTREMELY long waiting times (80min waited for our pizza). According to the menu, the pizza is 32cm tall, in fact it was 26cm ?!

The service is remarkably friendly and funny. The food is fresh and well presented. You can tell how high quality it is. The atmosphere was typical, classic but appealing. All in all value for money in a fair ratio, cheap in some places.
